I sought after moments inside buildings that spoke of structure, tectonics, and the spaces they create. What I found instead were spaces to be imagined suspended between two others made apparent by taking panoramic still images of them while moving vertically within a freight elevator.

The common smart phone has a picture-taking mode that allows its users to take panoramic images. The PanoramRide is a still image of objects being scanned in what the camera’s photo-lense perceives as a sweeping motion.
